So the sad thing is I maintained a lower weight in Costa Rica and now that I'm back, bam, I'm at the higher weight again. I need to get busy so I can stop snacking. It's tough being at home in the afternoons. I'm teaching step this mornig and need to get practicing on the routine. Love the class but it's so much more work than a boot camp! I'm wondering if I should switch it to Insanity or something like that. What are you all up to? Any plans for the long weekend?
