We don't always post on holidays but I'm around so thought I'd jump in. I'm trying out a new crossfit like class today, only it's less hard heavy liftng which is why I'm trying it out. I've been having so much fun at the parkour gym lately! It's such a high for me to leave, parkour, aerial silks, obstacle course training. It's really freeing to move, well, like a kid! I did this the other day (much shorter version!) and it was great. Much easier than it appears, actually:
