This story ran online today about three mall boutique employees who quit their jobs, and in the process "fired" their boss.
Popular opinion seems to be in favor of the employees with many expressing support for their public display of "defection" and lambasting a bad boss.
What have your experiences been with bosses or managers? What did you do about them? What policies or procedures were in place, or not, to aid employees with complaints? What happened to employees who complained?
