It's so beautiful out today! i love fall. It's my lead up to ski season. LOL, I had a client yesterday who asked me what I do to stay so fit and trim. Ummm, parkour, aerial silks, running, obstacle course training, zumba, rowing, step... An eclectic list. I still have my membership to my new gym that I don't go to and am still on the fence whether I should keep it up. It's only $28/month and it would cost me a lot more to rejoin if I decided to. And, the few times I go, I always run into people I know from my old gym so that's fun. I did finally buy an unlimited pass to the parkour gym but it's a hike. And, I do have access to five fitness facilities, in addition to the outdoors.
Anyway. first world problems. I'm teaching step this morning. I'm also thinking of changing the format to a sports conditioning class. The ladies are great steppers and it really keeps me sharp to be able to teach it but it's not doing them good. They need to shake things up and it takes a lot less time to do boot camp. But. I hate losing the ability to teach a choreographed class.
