I've a couple of weeks in on getting healthier. I started walking first, and within the past week started a program that gets you up to running a 5K. I'm not a runner, but so far sticking to it. I just hope I can do better with running than I have been!
I'm not sure what and when I should eat before running? It varies by day on what time I run, usually in the morning or around dinner when my kids are at practice. Also, how much water should you drink beforehand?
