Whew, first long week back to school has gone slowly! This week dance started up which means the dance conditioning class, too, at night and I have to try to make it all work out w/ my own workouts. This is my next goal in parkour and I've been told I should be able to do it. But, I don't want to rip my hands which I did yesterday and I don't want callused gymnastics hands. I'm such a priss!
I'm teaching step this morning and really need to go practice now. I'm such a master of procrastination! I've been working hard at that 5 lb overnight weight gain and have lost four of it. I could barely do silks at my old weight; I can't imagine it w/ more weight!
