I keep waking up in the middle of the night. :(. I was told my my nutritionist that soy is a Poland form of estrogen and that could be contributing (helping or not) to hormonal imbalances. Since I startecleanness cleanse, I had TToM (after no TTOM for 6 months) and I have been having more uninterrupted sleep. It may just be coincidence in timing. Oh well. Two Moore weeks of my cleanse, so I am going to really try to stick with it...no more cheating (I ate a serving of seafood at my work function, using the excuse that I was eating what my customers ate, and I have had a glass of wine a couple of times at night.). I will see how good I can be for the last two weeks. :)
Possible yoga tonight, after work. I should really add in more cardio. Wile in downward dog, I saw tlegs the skin on my legs has thinned, and what I saw was yucky. Perhaps it's tpant to stop wearing shorts? Karla, how did your run feel? Jean, how are you feeling about your kids? GR, what fun activities did you partake in?
