This is my first week and so far I'm liking it. The gym is clean, has a shake bar, and lots of free classes. I might try one this weekend, they have spinning, yoga, step-aerobics, and zumba. They also have boot camp and cross fit training for an extra fee.
It's been an adjustment getting used to running on the treadmill. I'm still having trouble with one of the muscles in my leg so I'm taking it easy. It's nice to work out your other body areas when you can't run as much.
