I've been lazy so far and am still in my pajamas. I have a couple of clients later on and think I'll do nothing until then. I had the best silks class last night! It makes all the difference to do it more than once every week or two (or three). I want to learn this next:
Of course, the person in that video looks like she's about 10. If I get it, I'll post it on facebook. I'm not sure if I'll work out today or not. I might go to parkour. The early class is good because there aren't many people, especially young people. What are you all up to?
