Sorry I've been missing so much these days! I'm so ocd when it comes to ski season because it's so short here. I've been there most of this week and then took yesterday to do nothing. Oh, I did go to a pialtes reformer personal training session and work. I'm having just an amazing amount of fun skiing and feel like I'm skiing better than ever. Clinicians at the mountain have commented on my improvement and it's feeling really good right now. LOL, we joke about how it's like groundhogs day where we improve all season and then stop for 9 months where we lose it all and then do it again. Anyway, I'm teaching a power step class today, trying a new format. It's my birthday this weekend! I'm turning 50. Whew. I thought it would bother me some but I'm kind of looking forward to it. It's one thing to be in my 40's and be able to ski, do parkour, aerial silks, pull ups, tons of push ups but I feel like I'm kind of rocking to do all that at 50. What are you all up to?
Realizing that this is one big pat myself on the back post. It's so unlike me! Maybe that'll be the new me in my 50's. Stop being so critical and enjoy.
