Not that it really matters to me because I barely work as it is and I actually teach more on weekends than I do during the week. I taught my sports conditioning class where we aimed for the 1000 rep workout, got to 800. But that still means 80 burpees w/ push ups, 80 plank rows, etc. so it was pretty tough and then I did silks which was so much fun. Last week was super tough but I'm getting back to it and can't wait to do it more. I do need something so my shirt doesn't flip over my head. That belly fat hanging out isn't attractive. The instructor has none so she doesn't have to care. The other woman is 7 months postpartum and wears a unitard. I'm not sure about the unitard route but it's better than belly fat. I have a few clients today, will take the dog on some long walks but not sure how much else I'll work out. Once ski season is over, I'll start a new workout plan.
