I talk about my gym membership all the time--the new gym that opened last year and I only pay $28/mo but I never go. I've decided I have to make a decision this week to either go or drop the membership because I'm paying for nothing and it adds up. This morning I'm trying a tabata class. Despite skiing all season, or probably because of skiing, I'm feeling super out of shape. I need to get back into shape again. Plus, during the season, I was so busy I didn't have a chance to eat. Now I have to deal w/ being home and the munchies.
What do you all do for the munchies? Midafternoon is the worst for me!
