I had the most fun at aerial silks last night! I feel like I'm finally back in aerial silks shape and I'm not limited by exhaustion. We're getting the rain fsn and karla have had--for the next few days, it's supposed to be nonstop so less dog walking. So, this is a question I had posted on FB but it feels like I walk my dog constantly! My husband does a quick 10 minute walk early. Mid morning, I do a long walk from 1-2 hours, and then I get in 3-4 more short 15-20 minute walks. As my sister and I were saying that makes her in better shape so she can go longer? I was joking I should just overfeed her so she's too fat to want to move (I'm kidding, I would never do that). The cute thing is w/ all that BOSU balance training, walking on her hind legs is a piece of cake.
I'm getting a massage this morning, much needed. Oh, I finally decided to quit that new gym and signed the forms yesterday. So end of May, my membership ends. Ironically last night, the place where I teach step/boot camp sent out an email that says they're going to stop offering fitness classes at the end of June. We all knew it was a matter of time because it's been a money loss for them the past few years. So, that's it for my teaching group fitness. I'm not sure if I want to try picking up classes elsewhere but I think I'm done w/ it. I'll probably sub here and there at most. I'm not sure if I'll work out today. I might catch parkour conditioning but I might just take a break since I'm getting the massage.
