I've cut way back on work hours and I have to say it's nice to have free time! I'm going to a yoga fundraiser this morning, although I have the feeling that no one is going to go because they didn't publicize it. The parkour gym has funny ways sometimes. I had the best classes last night--first parkour then silks. I was able to keep up w/ the young guys at parkour. I'll never get the high jumps they do but that's okay. And silks is feeling really good right now. It was tough when I came back to it after ski season but now I'm feeling much stronger and getting my body on it (as it, when I'm upside down, which way is up, how to follow directions being given to me). I need a good yoga class to stretch me out!
