This is one of those catch 22's--I don't sleep well at night so I nap which leads to worst sleeping. I need to get off this cycle! I had the most frustrating parkour conditioing class yesterday. This instructor is super nice, a good instructor but always underestimates what I can do. He's the one, a few weeks ago, who would tell me and the woman who is obese and just getting into shape to do one thing while he has somoene else do something harder. So, last night, we did these ankle and knee strengthening exercises that were little movement (walk on heels, toes, etc.). I think he made the class easy because I was in it. Seriously I might be slow in doing parkour but I'm fitter than most of the people in the classes. I can out-burpee the best of them and cheer loudly at the same time! Anyway, I ended up leaving the class 15 minutes early to play on the silks. I'll probably take a rest day today, go to dance recital. I need a good movement day, where i maintain the intensity for longer.
