Sour Cream & Salsa Chicken
4 halved chicken breasts
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups chunky salsa
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/3 cup sour cream
Combine the chicken, seasoning mix and salsa in the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Before serving, remove the chicken from the pot to make the sauce. Mix the cornstarch with some water in a small bowl until dissolved and add to the crockpot. Mix in and cook uncovered on high for five minutes or until thickened. Mix in half the sour cream. Serve the chicken with the sauce and the rest of the sour cream.
