Crock Pot Tomato Beef
1-1/2 lbs. hamburger or ground chuck
2 cups uncooked macaroni
1 medium onion, diced
1 can corn, (16 oz) drained
2 cans tomato soup, regular or Italian style, undiluted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Brown ground beef and drain off any fat. Set aside.
Cook macaroni about 5 minutes or until partially cooked. Put browned beef, partially cooked macaroni and remaining ingredients in crockpot and stir.
Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or on HIGH for 3-1/2 to 4 hours.
