Old-Fashioned Beef Stew
Cook: Low – 8 hours, High – 4 hours
1 lb beef stew meat, cut into cubes
2 c. quartered potatoes
4 carrots, cut
1 can cream of potato soup
½ c. water
1 envelope (1/2 of a 2.2 oz. Package) beefy onion soup mix
In slow cooker, combine meat, potatoes, and carrots. In a bowl stir together condensed soup, water, and soup mix. Pour soup mix over meat and veggies in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low or high.
