Cook : low – 7 hours, high – 3 ½ hours
1 ¼ lb boneless chicken cubed
2 14oz. Cans chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken with herb soup
1 16oz. Pkg frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
1 20oz. Pkg. Diced potatoes and onions
In a slow cooker, stir together chicken, broth, soup, veggies, and potatoes.
Cover and cook on low or high.
