Creamy Italian Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 envelope Italian dressing mix (dry)
1/4 cup water
1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 carrots, sliced
1 green pepper, cut up
hot rice or noodles, cooked
Place chicken in crock pot. Combine salad dressing mix and water; pour
over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. Beat cream cheese and
soup until well blended; pour over chicken. Add carrots and peppers;
cook 1 hour longer. Serve over rice or noodles.
