Crock Pot Reuben Casserole

1, 16 oz., can or bag sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
4 to 6 oz., sliced lean corned beef, diced or chopped
4 to 6 slices Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing, low fat or fat free

In slow cooker/Crock Pot, combine sauerkraut, corned beef, and Swiss cheese. Blend in Thousand Island dressing. Cover and cook on low for 6 or 8 hours. Serves 3 to 4.
