Mandarin Orange Steaks
2 pounds boneless beef steaks
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 can (11 ounces) Mandarin oranges, drained and chilled
Place steaks in greased 2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Combine orange juice, lemon juice and hot sauce and pour over steaks. Cover and cook on low heat 8-10 hours. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Serve topped with chilled Mandarin oranges over hot cooked rice.
