3-pound roast, any kind
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
Place meat in greased 3 1/2- to 5-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning over meat. Pour salsa over top. Cover and cook on low heat 10-12 hours or on high heat 5-6 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
Serve with Spanish rice and your favorite steamed vegetables. Leftovers can be shredded to use in tacos, burritos or enchiladas.
