CP Swiss Steak

1 1/2 pounds boneless beef round steak
1 tsp. peppered seasoning salt
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
6 to 8 potatoes, cubed
1 1/2 cups baby carrots
1 medium onion, sliced
14 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
12 ounce jar home-style beef gravy
Chopped fresh parsley

Cut beef into 6 pieces. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Brown in skillet for about 8 minutes.
