Creamy Onion Chicken Breasts

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk
hot cooked rice or cooked egg noodles, for serving

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Place chicken in a crockpot.
