CP Pepper Steak

11 ounces beef sirloin - cut into 2 inch strips
garlic powder to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cube beef bouillon
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon hot water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons chopped onion
2/3 large green bell peppers, roughly chopped
1/3 (14.5 oz) can stewed tomatoes with liquid
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Sprinkle strips of sirloin with garlic powder to taste.
