CP Brownie Bottoms
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup water
1 T cocoa powder
2 1/2 cups packaged brownie mix
1 (2 3/4 oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 T butter, melted
1/2 cup water
Lightly grease a slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, 3/4 cup water and cocoa powder and bring to a boil. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients to form a batter. Spread the batter in the slow cooker and pour the boiling mixture over this batter. Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours. Turn off the heat and let stand for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Yields 6 servings.
