Red, White & Blue Slaw
12 slices bacon (regular or turkey)
6 cups shredded cabbage (I use the already shredded bag kind)
1 cup cole slaw dressing
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Cook bacon till browned and crispy - crumble and set aside
In large bowl combine cabbage dressing and bacon - mix well - stop with tomatoes and blue cheese. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
NOTE: To keep this low carb use the dressing found in the creamy cole slaw recipe which replaces the sugar with splenda.
