3 cups sweet cherries, pitted
1/2 cup bottled cherry juice (such as Juicy Juice)
1 tsp grated orange rind
1/2 cup fresh orange juice (about 1 orange)
1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
1) Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Cover and chill.
2) Ladle soup into individual shallow bowls, and garnish each serving with a cherry, if desired.
Yield: 3 (1-cup) servings
