1 medium head cauliflower
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sharp American cheese, grated
1 t. toasted sesame seeds
Break cauliflower into pieces. Cook 10 to 15 minutes. Drain well.
Place half of cauliflower in quart casserole. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread with 1/2 cup sour cream and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Top with 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds.
