1 cup macaroni, uncooked
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 red bell pepper, cut in small strips
3/4 cup baby carrots, cut in small strips
1 cup monterey jack cheese, cut into small bits
1/2 cup miracle whip light
1/4 cup lite zesty italian dressing
cook pasta, drain and rinse in cold water. Mix the two dressings together in a medium bowl. Add the peas, cheese, carrots, peppers, and pasta. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
*note: I have also added ham chunks to this, and it was yummy. I've also used other cheeses. Extra sharp white cheddar is good!
