I was jsut wondering if anyone knows if this is true or not. I run and do weights at the gym so I'm in good shape. I'm 13 weeks pregnant and twice now I have tripped and completely wiped out on the ground. No risk to my stomach either time, but it's bizarre. The trip is something small, but my body sort of collapses like a house of cards! Someone at the gym said when you are pregnant it makes your muscles and ligaments more loose? Is this true or have i just turned into a complete klutz??
Just wondering if anyone else has noted this. I'm nervous to use the treadmill now for other than walking!
I have skinned knees like a 7 year old girl :)
