Season 3 of HBO's hit, "True Blood [2]," is just getting started and already the network has announced that it has renewed the show for a fourth season.
"The new season of 'True Blood' is off to a terrific start," says HBO Programming President, Michael Lombardo. "As enthusiasm for this unique show continues to build among both subscribers and critics, we're looking forward to more chills from Alan Ball and his gifted team next year."
The network has ordered 12 new episodes, which will begin production in early-2011 in Los Angeles and air later that summer.
