Weighed in at 305 yesterday! That's a 25 pound loss Since my inital weigh in April 1st! My first goal is 300 pounds! Im a little worried that once I get under 300 pounds that I will say well I did enough and stop because I usually give up once i hit 299 cuz it is such a long way to go. However when I started this journey April 1st I had a wake up call and something clicked like it never has before. In my attempts before I'd walk everyother day this time I walk everyday rain or shine or chilly weather. I use to keep things in the house for hubby to snack on that weren't to good for either of us but I no longer do that. I use to cook seperate meals but now its just the 1 healthy meal! These changes give me hope that once I get to that point I will keep right on trucking along!!
