Yep, I'm an iPhone nerd. Just wonder what apps for weight loss (if any) do you use?
There are SO many out there. I want to start keeping a food diary, exercise log, and just general progress on my journey. I'm thinking of joining the MyNetDiary website. They have an app too. The app is important because I use my iPhone more than I'll use a pen & paper. And carrying pen/paper around is too much for me, I'll forget!!
Has anyone used this website or any other before?
