I had my check-up last week and I've lost 2 pounds. Yeah! It's isn't much but it's 2 pounds less that I have to lose. Plus, my pants have been really loose lately so I'm hoping it's the whole muscle building thing. Even my DH noticed my pants were loose. I've re-started my morning walk to work (getting off the commuter train early and walking in - about a mile). Just thought I'd share. GL everyone!
