Growth Spurt?

So James is just over 3 months now, and today he's been acting very out of sorts. I'm wondering if it couuld be a growth spurt or something? he's been acting hungry and then frustrated while he's eating, uunlatching and crying every few seconds. He's hardly wanted to play all day and now hes been nursing for like 45 minutes (he never goes that long) or something.

Typically James will eat for 5-10 minutes on one breast about every 3 hours or so. Well today he's been eating ever 1-2 hours, and he just never seems satisfied. I hope it's a growth spurt and not a drop in my supply or something.

Any thoughts?
