I have noticed my baby is eating constantly. Last night I had to feed him for 1 hr before he would go to bed then 3 hrs later he was up again and I fed him another hour, gave him a bottle and then another hour after that. I think my breasts were totally empty and I had to give him formula.

I know one of my friends put it in her baby’s bottle and she said she put it in very liquidy and did it that way. I remember reading starting cereal at 4 months, but he is about 3 ½ months now and maybe he is ready. I just feel like he isn’t getting enough. I did call my doctor and haven’t heard anything yet so we’ll see what she suggests. Before this my baby was sleeping at least 6 hours a night sometimes even 7 or 8. However, I have read about not putting the cereal in the bottle so I am confused on what to do. Maybe I should just give him a bottle before bedtime. He is eating about 6oz in a bottle per feeding.
