Nick has started playing baseball, and we are so thrilled he wants to play a team sport. This is his first year he *wanted* to play, and he is loving it. His anxiety is very low and there are 3 other boys from his 2nd grade on the team he knows. His practices are during the week at either 5 or 6:30 and last between and hour and hour and half. This is of course the time where his Concerta 36mg is wearing off and he is having a harder time concentrating. I'm waiting for a callback from his doc, but I wanted to get your feedback on whether you use a booster to help with sports (it would also help for homework after the earlier practices). What dose did you use, how long did it last, around what time did you give it? Did you have any issues with sleep? Nick does take clonidine around 8 pm now as is.
