Here's an article from ParentSoup, which I thought had some good suggestions:

Of course, their "gender typical" suggestions of makeup for a girls party and sports for a boys party would NOT work with my untypical twosome, LOL! And, we've had coed (laser tag) parties the last 2 years, and they would have done it again this year! But, they're boy/girl twins, so I do realize it's a bit different.

This year, we're planning an outing with Sam and Rachel to the Franklin Institute's new "grossology" exhibit. They can each bring one friend. We haven't scheduled it yet even though they just had their b'day, because it's been a busy couple of weeks.

What do you think of the article? What did you do for the 10th or 11th birthday? Did your child have a friends party? A sleepover? Feel free to respond even if you don't read the article ;-)
