I am a 32 yo female who is 5 foot 3 and 126 lbs. I have always worked out and two months ago I started tracking my diet on The Daily Plate.com I eat between 1500-1700 calories a day and my fat grams are low and keep protein at around 80g. I exercise 4 times a week and lead an active lifestyle. I work out at home and alternate between step, weights, interval etc. I have lost ZERO lbs and my clothes fit the same. I started Prozac two months ago as well. what is wrong with me? Could it be the prozac? It is so frustrating b/c I eat so healthy.
