Because of all the recent posts here about working out while you're pregnant, I happened to notice this in the newest issue of Oxygen magazine. It's a workout box called Sane Fitness Preggers that contains 72 cards that "walk you through 2nd and 3rd trimester exercises." I think it's telling that it starts at 2nd and 3rd trimester so all of you who posted earlier ... you're not alone!! Anyway, this is published by Plain White Press. The exercises are specifically desgned to match where you're at in your pregnancy. Sounds pretty cool. I'd google it to see where you can buy it. They don't say in the article.
Also in Oxygen, they have a column called Fit for Two where they talk about exercises and other pregnancy related stuff. I'd try to see it they have it online at oxygenmag.com. They might have special section with past columns. Hope this helps! Cathy
