Hi! I just joined a gym w/ DH. I am now unemployed and very bored at home so I do a work out videos in the morning then lay around the house bored all day. Now, DH wants to go to the gym in the evenings 3x week. Will that be too much? I know I need a day off to recover but I am so bored all day that I want to do a video in the morning. I figure I lay around all day so that give my body time to recover. I mainly do cardio and add strength about 2x week. I have been working out for the last 8 days straight and feel ok, any advise?
