Hello - my name is Kelly, I have 3 kids 6 1/2, 4 1/2 & almost 2... I was in the BEST shape of my life when I got pg with my last... which is now almost 3 years ago!! I am in need of some support, advise, tips... I love all the advise I have gotten from ladies on here on so many different boards I knew as soon as I found this one I had to check it out!!
I just started back to the gym & am taking a spinning class, which I LOVE... never thought I would, but I do. I am also running in hopes to run 5Ks this spring/summer. I need some motivation, but also some tips for some workouts for strength training the upper body & core ( i guess) to get rid of the baby belly!!!
