Happy New Year!
Are you making New Year's Resolutions?
I kind of am. Rather than giving up things I try to do what I do at Lent which is find something positive to start doing. Something that will add value to my life. I am a big procrastinator and every year I try hard to work on some aspect that I keep putting off. During the last quarter of the year I fell off the exercise wagon and I'm getting back on. I like myself better when I exercise. It improves my mood as well as makes me healthier so that is what I'm going to be focusing on right now. I need to work it back into my routine.
