I put away the recipe for Pesach so this will have to do. I can't even remember the name. Basically, you saute onions, brown a cut-up chicken dipped in (matza) flour in oil on both sides, add 3/4 can of tomatoes and 3/4 can of sliced black olives (this was Israeli so I'm not sure about the exact amounts but I don't think it matters too much--let's say 2c. of tomatoes and a cup of sliced olives), add some fresh garlic and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer till done. Sorry I can't be more exact than that--if you're not adventurous check back after Pesach b/c I hope to update it. It's good cold too.
