a ASD eval ?

Hello all

I was wondering if you might have some words of wisdom for us.

My 4 yr old ds has been in early intervention since feb (for a language delay) and i thought doing well. His teacher wants to have him go through a ASD evaluation. We aren't real sure about the process and what is involved.

Any words of wisdom would be great
