Your only as old as you feel!

Ok, I was laughing about this all day yesterday. People would ask "how old are you?" I would answer, gee if you are only as old as you feel I am thinking about 107 today!

This year I started to have to cover my grays, I noticed wrinkles and a fair amount for the first time in my life. My daughter started middle school and her period. My baby started kindergarten. I can't loose the last 20 pounds to save my life. I found I have the beginnings of arthritis in my knee, so this year I am 107. And yet only 37.

So how old are you? How old do you feel? How often does it change?
