Hi, I've never been to this board before (used to be on other iVillage boards years ago).
My son Anthony will be 4 on May 9th and his speech therapist and pre-k teacher thought he should have an OT screening (I did too). The screening report was pretty scary and the OT said she wanted to do a full evaluation. He has gone twice for this evaluation and is going again tomorrow I think. I'm hoping she will be done soon, I am very anxious.
From what I have heard so far, and I've asked other people too, including other OT, special ed teachers, a director of an autism school- granted this is ONLY them reading a report on paper, NOT seeing my son- and they think he may fall somewhere on the Autism Spectrum (PDD-NOS is what is usually suggested) and also Sensory Processing Disorder/Sensory Integration Disorder is strongly suggested.
I have his screening here, which is pretty accurate of Anthony, with the exception of the "single word utterances" part. He doesn't talk like that, atleast not at home, and I doubt he usually does at school. Also, he is certainly capable of making eye contact and showing affection at home. Those weren't mentioned on teh screen but may be relevant.
Can anyone look at it and tell me what you think?

****EDIT: I was able to enlarge the report pictures. I put my curser over it and saw a magnifying glass with a + on it and clicked. It was lots bigger. Maybe it is my version of Internet Explorer though, because when we had the older version, I think I had to put the mouse over the bottom right corner of the image and then somethign would come up that you could click.****
Any insight from BTDT moms would be very much appreciated! :)
