Week 1 & 2 of South Beach

Week 1 & 2 of South Beach

I've lost 6lbs so far in the first phase of the south beach diet!  Feeling really good!  Noticing more definition in my mid section.  The only way it seems like i can drop weight is to cut carbs.  I know I'm not suppose to stay in Phase 1 for more than 1 week, but I want to drop more body fat, what do you think I should do when I complete week 2 this sunday?
